I decided to become a Health Coach because I know what it is to be not so well. It has been a long road of research and learning for me and I wanted to help others on their journey.
Sometimes it seems like a fight to keep myself and my family healthy. Are you in that same struggle yourself? Let’s face it, it is hard to be healthy in the world we live in.
We basically live in a toxic soup of synthetic chemicals. The norm is to eat processed, chemical laden foods and run to the doctor for pills when our bodies are calling out for help. Of course you should go to the doctor if you need medical attention, but preventative maintenance should come before the issues arrive. To do things differently is revolutionary, and that is what we are doing!
You should also know that I am not a doctor or medical professional. This site isn’t about giving medical advice.
What it IS about is being proactive with our health and caring for our families. In addition, it’s about tapping into the resources God gave us. AND it’s about finding your most authentic and vibrant self. You deserve to be well. You were created for so much more than to struggle to get through the day. It’s finally time to take back your power and start living again. Are you ready?!? 🙂
