But what even is a coach? What could having your very own coach do for you? And imagining you want a coach, how do you know if this chick you found online is the right one for you? 😉
What the heck is a coach, anyways?
A lot of people imagine a coach is just someone who cheers them on and holds them accountable. And they’re like, I have friends to do that for free! 😂 Right?
While support and accountability are key to your success, a great coach knows it goes deeper than that. We understand what makes people tick, and that there are reasons you haven’t gotten what you want yet. And the reason is absolutely NOT ‘you haven’t worked hard enough!’
Imagine you are trying to smash through a brick wall with a pencil. All the cheerleading in the world isn’t going to make that work! How frustrating would it be to have someone telling you to hustle harder and poke your way through that wall?! 😆 The truth is, you have to have the right tools, or eventually you’re just going to give up.
That’s how it is with our goals. Sometimes we simply don’t have the right tools to meet them yet! Feeling desperate, we get stuck in a cycle of trying what worked for other people. And when those things don’t work either, we feel totally defeated. #beenthere
A masterful coach has proven tools, systems, and techniques to find what works for YOU and break through your blocks to success.
So what will the coaching experience do for you?
Coaching is never about me, the coach. It’s all about you, the client, and what you want to achieve in your life. Because of this, the very first thing I do is to ask you “If you could wave a magic wand and get what you really want in 90 days, what would that look like? How would you feel?”
What I do is a coach… is help you get there!
I help you discover how small changes can add up to big results… in your body, your health, and across all areas of your life. When you invest in yourself this way, a whole new world of success opens up!
Am I the right coach for you?
And are you the right client for me? Maybe, maybe not. I’m NOT the right coach for you if you are looking for someone to put you on a calorie restricted diet, meal replacement shakes, and a militant workout plan. I don’t do any of that. 😉
I’m also not the right coach for you if you want someone to holler at you all dictator style. (Basically, I’m pretty nice, but as a mom of three boys I know how to be firm too.) 😜
I might be the right coach for you if you want someone who is a master of habit change, is trained to coach on emotional blocks, and knows how to get to the root of problems.
I’m certified in Aroma Freedom Technique, a very effective tool for figuring out what’s holding you back and clearing it away. I’ve also trained in Health & Life Coaching with the Health Coach Institute, a program accredited by the International Coach Federation. So basically, I’m not just making this stuff up as I go along. 😅
